Why Choose Innovo Dental & Implant Studio for Porcelain Veneers?
Our smiles say a lot about us – they can convey warmth, friendship, appreciation and even confidence. However, if you have cracked, misshapen or stained teeth, you may not feel comfortable smiling around your friends, coworkers or even family. Fortunately, porcelain veneers in Tracy can help! Whether you have a prominent chipped tooth or want to rejuvenate an entire row of teeth, our expert team at Innovo Dental & Implant Studio can help you achieve the beautiful smile you have always wanted.
Veneers are thin but highly-durable porcelain sheaths that can be bonded to the outside of a tooth to dramatically improve its color, shape, size or length. The cosmetic treatment is often used to straighten teeth, remove gaps or brighten a smile. Porcelain veneers from a dentist in Tracy are custom-designed to look, feel and function just like natural teeth.
Are you tired of looking in the mirror and noticing a chipped tooth or other dental flaw? You may be a good candidate for veneers. Porcelain veneers can boost the appearance of almost any smile by fixing a wide range of dental imperfections, such as:
Traditional porcelain veneers can be placed in just two quick trips to our conveniently-located office in Tracy. During your first visit, Dr. Rattan will remove an extremely small layer of enamel – usually less than a millimeter – to ensure that the front of your teeth will be able to accommodate veneers.
Impressions of your teeth will then be made and sent to the dental lab, where porcelain veneers will be custom-designed to perfectly match the shape, size and color of your smile. This process usually takes several weeks, so in the meantime Dr. Rattan will provide you with temporary veneers to protect your teeth from harm.
Once your porcelain veneers are ready, you will welcome you again to our office for the final placement procedure. After removing the temporary veneers and polishing your teeth, Dr. Rattan will check to make sure your permanent veneers will fit properly. He will then place the veneers onto your teeth and use a special cement and ultraviolet light to securely adhere them in place.
